Giordano

Mr Pasquale Giordano  MD, FRCS (ENG), FRCS (EDIN)  - GMC Number:4055451   

Mr Giordano is a Consultant Surgeon and Pelvic Floor Clinical Lead at the Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. His specialist interests are colorectal surgery, advance laparoscopic surgery, bowel cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders, faecal incontinence, constipation, rectal prolapse, haemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure, inguinal hernia, complex abdominal wall hernia, gallstones, endoscopy. Over the years Mr Giordano has introduced many pioneering procedures that have become widely accepted and for which he is one of the leading experts worldwide. These include the THD procedures for haemorrhoids, collagen paste injection for anal fistula, biologic material for complex hernia repair, artificial bowel implants for faecal incontinence.

Mr Andreani is a Consultant Surgeon at Whipps Cross University Hospital. His specialist interests are colorectal surgery, advance laparoscopic surgery, bowel cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and endometriosis surgery

Fiona Taylor MBBS MRCS FRCS

Fiona Taylor MBBS FRCS(Gen Surg) MD(Res)   - GMC Number:  4330729

Ms Taylor started work as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at Whipps Cross Hospital in June 2012. Over the years she has developed her skills in open and laparoscopic surgery and she has a busy practice in both general surgery and Colorectal with a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease and Cancer. She has a keen interest in proctology and have kept up her skills in endoscopy. She is always looking for ways to improve her skills and is keen to learn new techniques as they arise. She is enthusiastic about teaching and training.

Bashir

Mr Bashier Dawlatly MBBS, FRCOG, MSc GMC Number: 4251594

Mr Dawlatly has been a consultant at Whipps Cross University Hospital since 2002. He is a member of the British Society of Urogynaecology.

Mr Dawlaty has a special interest in general gynaecological problems including pelvic floor repair, urogynaecology, and minimal access surgery.

Nandita

Nandita Deo MBBS, MRCOG GMC Number: 6064637

Ms Nandita Deo is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based at Whipps Cross University Hospital part of Barts Health NHS Trust. She has been trained in the management of infertility at University College London and has consolidated her gynaecological training at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London. She has a keen interest in teaching and is an active member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.Her clinical interests are gynaecological ultrasound, one-stop menstrual disorder clinics, infertility, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, keyhole surgery, laparoscopic surgery, menopausal symptoms, prolapse, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and polycystic ovarian syndrome

Vishwanathan

Mr Dilip Visvanathan MBBS, MD, MRCOG GMC Number: 4346557

Mr Visvanathan  is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Barts Health (Whipps Cross Hospital). He works very closely with Mr Bashir Dawlatly and has a keen interest in teaching.

 

Sujatha Thamban

Sujatha Thamban MBBS, MRCOG GMC Number: 5207825

She is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in obstetric medicine. She is proficient in many open Gynaecological procedures .

She has set up a novel and successful Perinatal Mental Health service for Vulnerable women.

She has been a Principal Investigator and Chief Investigator and successfully involved in various research projects.

As the Director of medical education she wants to positively enhance the experience of junior doctors and make Whipps Cross Hospital an outstanding and preferred hospital for training and working.
